Posted on 27/11/2020 in News The sky is the limit for UniTrack Empack – Recently we welcomed UniTrack as a new exhibitor at Empack, on the agenda on 31 March and 1 April 2021 in Brabanthallen, Den Bosch. Traditionally, the company has two private limited companies: U name it and UniTrack. A few months ago it was decided to continue under one name: Unitrack B.V., one powerful name from which they can serve the entire market. UniTrack, based in Warmenhuizen (the Netherlands), is an internationally operating one-stop-shop supplier of wear, cut and seal parts for machines in the food and packaging industry. The company has over 20 years of experience in supplying parts for many brands of multihead weighers, vertical form, fill and seal machines, top seal machines, vacuum pumps and thermal printers. We talked to Herrold Pronk, director of UniTrack, and asked him about the story behind UniTrack and what distinguishes the company from its competitors. “It hasn’t gone unnoticed lately that we are strengthening our international position in the food and packaging industry. After we started in the Netherlands in 1998 and have been successful in our neighbouring countries Belgium, Germany and Great Britain in recent years, we want to offer an extra service to our French and Spanish customers. Through the introduction of a French and Spanish website variant, among other things, we hope to remove language barriers and thus meet the wishes and needs of our customers”.Pronk continues “In the autumn of 2019 we were taken over by an investment company. Since then, we have been looking with them for other partners who could be a valuable addition to the supply of wear, cut and seal parts for machines in the food and food packaging industry. This has been successful, as Wensing, Global Blades, Ten Hove, Delba and Tegeno are now also affiliated with Unlimited Spare Parts International. The Unlimited companies work closely with their customers on continuous expansion of the product range and on new improved versions of existing products based on customer-specific needs”. As of January 2021, Unlimited Spare Parts will officially go public and support the current brands. From its branches in Warmenhuizen, Apeldoorn and Kielce, Unlimited Spare Parts supplies more than 10,000 products under its own brands throughout Europe and beyond. “A good phase is approaching, given the many growth opportunities and synergy benefits that can be achieved with the entire group. When business processes are attuned to each other, knowledge and information sharing can be exchanged effectively and easily. The transition to a joint ERP system, for example, will be in full swing in the coming weeks. In the further future, the focus will be on the optimisation and further expansion of the E-Commerce platform. The sky is the limit”.Corona has an influence on the way of working, because staff work as much as possible at home or at a distance of one and a half metres from each other in the office or in the workplace. Through the use of video calls, remote and online services, UniTrack can guarantee the effectiveness and continuity of customer processes. “Things are going well for us, but bringing in new business is more difficult due to the pandemic. This is where Empack as a trade show offers a solution. In addition to being a first for us, Empack is the place where we come into our own and closer to the intended decision-maker. The synergy between this visitor and Unlimited Spare Parts is the right match, looking at the needs of the visitor and our offer”, says Pronk. Also take a look at our LinkedIn.
