If a sale on demand has been concluded, the customer must call up the goods to be delivered in instalments within the period specified in the agreement, failing which the customer will be in default without prior notice of default being required. The customer must take possession of the called goods within thirty days after they have been called, failing which the customer will be in default without prior notice of default.
Even if the goods are transported on behalf of UniTrack, they are transported at the customer’s risk. UniTrack is not liable for damage incurred during transport. UniTrack can insure the goods at the request of the customer. The customer must pay the associated costs.
